This being the case you can dispose of our packaging in the dual system as usual.

Shipping costs: Delivery within:
The shipping costs are 3.00 Euro across the board. If the order is for 60 Euro or above the shipping costs are for free – except possible cash on delivery fees. Shipping costs incur also for orders over the phone.
Deliveries in foreign countries: Payment Paypal: (All countries) Paying with Paypal is the easiest way. In the course of the shopping basket and payment process automatically forwarded to Paypal. Please note: If you pay at Paypal via bank transfer it can delay the delivery time.
Credit card: ( + abroad) We work with the SSL system! You can hence safely transmit your credit card number to us via the internet! For orders from abroad we can only accept this payment method, if you don’t choose to pay in advance! The debit on your credit card takes place on the day of the shipment. We accept Eurocard, Mastercard and Visacard. The shipment takes place immediately on the day of the order.

C.O.D. Service: ( only) The cash on delivery service takes place via DHL. The costs for this purpose come to an additional 8.00 Euro. ( only) The total amount (value of goods, shipping + cash on delivery fees) will take delivery in cash from the mail carrier. Cash on delivery shipments are only possible within .
Jazzwerkstatt klassik SHOP accepts the payment method C.O.D. only on orders 40.00 Euro and above.
Advance payment: (+abroad) After confirming your order (via Email) you will receive all necessary bank details. Please make sure your listed email address is correct! As soon as the amount is credited to our account the goods will be sent out immediately.
Delivery: We deliver the products using the fastest method. However in case that an article is not available or the delivery will be delayed we will inform you at short notice by email. We deliver usually all shipments via DPD. On specified requests we also send via DHL, for e.g. to your packing station. The additional charges for this service come to 2.00 Euro because Jazzwerkstatt klassik SHOP sends only insured parcels. Please let us know in the order form if you would like to have the shipment via DHL.
Please note: For Swiss customers and customers from countries that don’t belong to the EU: shipments to and to countries outside the EU are VAT-exempt. For technical reasons the correct order value will not be shown until step 4 of the shopping basket. All orders from these countries will be accounted reduced of the current VAT rate (19%) and will also be brought to account. For deliveries to and some other countries customs duties will incur. For deliveries to the goods will be delivered duty paid.
